An opportunity exists to invest with GMPG in both property investment and development projects.
By doing so, investors have the opportunity to diversify their investment risk and reliability of returns. GM Property Group's stringent and disciplined acquisition criteria are centred on sound property fundamentals and an angle to add value to the property.
Investors are able to leverage off the expertise and clinical acquisition process established by the group’s management.
GMPG will establish a special purpose company or discretionary unit trust for each offering and will act in the capacity as Manager, Director/Trustee and co-investor. Each project is undertaken on a stand-alone basis to ensure risk is quarantined and the scope of exposure to investors is minimised. Upon completion of the project, the structure is wound up once all profits and capital are distributed and returned to investors.
Opportunities will be made available to investors with $250,000 or more to invest and who meet the ‘sophisticated investor’ requirements under the Corporations Act 2001 708(8). GM Property Capital Pty Ltd holds Australian Financial Services licence No. 425398 with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to facilitate capital raising of GMPG projects. Blair and Simon are Directors and Responsible Officers of the AFS licence.
GMPG and/or an associated subsidiary will co-invest in every project completed by the group.
